Orders are confirmed via email after successful payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Books by Simone is not responsible for delays caused by:

USPS delays
Weather conditions
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Books by Simone is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of printed materials, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

If approved, a replacement copy will be sent at no additional cost.

Refunds are not issued for:

Minor printing variations
Buyer’s remorse
Delays caused by USPS
Incorrect addresses entered by customer
